Plot

Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose are best friends who live in the town of Green Lawn, Connecticut. On a vacation with Ruth Rose's grandmother, the three accidentally get stuck on a boat with two gold thieves. When the thieves attempt to sink their boat and escape with the stolen gold, Dink, Josh, and Ruth Rose must find a way to escape and catch the two crooks.

Morality

The two thieves lie to Ruth Rose's grandmother about what it is that they do. They also stole the gold from a museum.

God is not mentioned in this book, nor is any religion or spiritual content.

The men did not realize that the kids were on board when they sunk their boat, so there was no intentional violence there.

Conclusion
