An adventurous lesson in giving it all over to God.

Plot

It's been almost a year since Christy broke up with Todd, and she feels like her life is at a stand still. She's in college only taking general education courses because she can't decide what she wants to do with her life, and her relationship with Doug doesn't seem to be going anywhere either. Hoping to gain some new perspective on what God might want her to do with her life, Christy agrees to go on a missions outreach with her friends, which turns into quite the adventure. With the need to learn unity amongst her friends, and to give complete control and trust to God, it's a trip of a lifetime with a wonderful blessing in the end.

Morality

Very high, as in all the other books of this series.

Spiritual Content

There is lots of praying, scripture quoting, and talk about God.

Violence

A drunk man comes into Christy's train car, and, after she screams, is forced out by the conductor and some other passengers.

Drug and Alcohol Content

None.

Sexual Content

One kiss, very innocent.

Crude or Profane Language or Content

None.

Conclusion

One of the hardest things for anyone to learn is to let God have complete control over every area of your life, especially when it comes to who to let into your heart. It's also hard, when you can't see the outcome, to trust God when things don't go the way you plan. In this book, the author puts Christy in a situation way out of her comfort zone to show how she learns those lessons, and to reveal to the reader that it is possible to give it all over to Him. Also, it shows that some of the greatest blessings and plans God has for our life come about once we do finally give it all over.
